A user in Alive5 can be one of two roles: Admin or Agent.
Admin - can do everything
- edit Users & Channels
- create Bot Flows
- customize chat windows
- import phone numbers
- manage billing
Agent - communicate with customers
- chat with customers
- update Contacts
- send Broadcasts (to enable, contact support)
When editing a User, there is a ‘Role’ drop down where you can pick ‘Admin’ or ‘Agent’:
Once updated, the User will need to log out and log back in to assume the new role.
