To update billing details, upgrade, downgrade plans, add/remove User licenses, or view invoices please:

  1. Log into your Alive5 Console via a Desktop browser,
  2. then click on your name at the top right (left of the ONLINE button),
  3. and then ACCOUNT & USAGE.
  4. Then, click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION button and a pop up menu with various options exists. Choose the one that applies to what you need.

If you are on a custom plan, and you would like to update your credit card information, we can have our team give you a phone call or text message (to securely accept any card details). If this is the case, let us know your phone number and which method you would prefer (call or text).
