To view how many text credits are used:

  1. Log into your Alive5 Console via a Desktop browser,
  2. then click on your name at the top right (left of the ONLINE button),
  3. and then ACCOUNT & USAGE.

  1. Your SMS usage is displayed at the top right, which shows total text credits used since the beginning of your account (used). The (remaining) number is how many text credits are left over in your billing cycle. Billing cycles are always monthly, so that is how many texts you have remaining before you exceed your allotted usage.

  1. If you exceed your allotted usage, the display will show up like this. For example, this account is over by 4607 text credits during their billing period.
