While logged in as an Admin, go to the Reporting section, and find the ‘Logs’ report:
- In the dropdown pick 'Opt In, Opt Out logs' and your date range and Generate Report.
- You should get a CSV output of the last event that the contact triggered - essentially if they opted out or opted in.
- For example, if you see 2 events from the same contact number, that means the latest event would be the most relevant - that the last action they took was either opting in or out.
