The User Activity Report allows administrators to view the total hours an Alive5 user is logged into the system. The system tracks visibility on an hourly basis, showing each user's online and away status. You can monitor how long your administrators and agents are logged in and accessing the Alive5 platform. This information is valuable for call center metrics and payroll.
To access this report, you must be logged in as an administrator, and click on the reporting icon in your Alive5 dashboard:

Then, within the Reporting app, click the "Activity" option in the navigation bar. Select your desired date range and click "Generate Report."
The report will be delivered as a CSV file to your email address for download.

Here's a snippet of the CSV file showing each user's activity by date. For each of the 24 hours in a day, you can see their logged-in time in both online and away status. The numbers represent hours.
