ReportingContacts
The Contacts Report allows administrators to download all contacts created in Alive5. The current data fields are available:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Company
- Company Title
- Notes
- Tags
Contacts are created automatically in Alive5 when a new live chat session captures visitor data (email or phone) or anytime a SMS message is sent in or out from Alive5.
Filters
For all reports, you can filter by:
- Date range (maximum 90 days at a time) - Date range specifies when a contact when a contact is created. If you need all contacts in your account, pick a date range that starts before you created your Alive5 account and ends on the current day.
Accessing the report
You must be logged in as an administrator, and click on the reporting icon in your Alive5 dashboard:
Then, within the Reporting app, click the "Contacts" option in the navigation bar. Select your desired date range and click "Generate Report."
Reporting Access
- Web console - most reports allow you to view data visually in the console immediately after running them.
- .CSV file download - all reports allow you to export the report results into a dot CSV file. The file is delivered via your email in a secure link.
- API access - Report metrics are also available through our API. If you can't find the report you need, contact support@alive5.com for assistance.
