Team Chat
Team Chat allows you to send internal messages to any Alive5 Channel or User who is logged into your account. There are no per-message charges applied as this is not delivered via SMS, but via the Alive5 web console and mobile app.
Channel Message
Users are grouped by Channels. A message can be sent to an internal ‘chatroom’ which contains everyone in this Channel and be seen
The ‘General’ Channel contains all Alive5 Users (Admins and Agent) in your organization. Sending a message to this Channel will be seen by any user in your account. Any user in your Alive5 account will also be able to reply to the Channel message and be seen by all logged in Users.
Direct Message
Sending a message directly to an Alive5 User allows you to chat one-to-one with any Alive5 User.
