- To access the Alive5, you can login via any computer web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari), or download the mobile app in the Apple App Store or Google Play store.
- If you forget your password, you can also reset your password from our homepage by clicking on ‘Client Login’ and then the ‘Forgot your password?’ link (https://app.alive5.com/forgot-password).
