Key Features
- Send personalized bulk alerts and updates to clients and internal staff based off of segmented groups.
- Create Broadcast from a .CSV file upload or by tagging contacts in Alive5.
- Create a Broadcast once, and send another Broadcast to the same list without needing to re-create another Broadcast.
- If contacts are tagged or untagged, or if the contact opts out (via STOP) the Broadcast list is automatically updated.
- Broadcasts can be sent by Admins and Agents. Agents’ contacts can be shared or not shared with other Agents. If Agent access is needed, please reach out to support@alive5.com.
