Key Features
- If someone texts in while you are away, an automatic custom message can let them know you’ll be back later.
- After you set your away message, toggle your status to AWAY or log out for the automation to be set.
- This works for Channels / phone numbers that contain one User only (single user Channels).
- Multi user Channels / phone numbers must use automation (Bot Flows) to trigger away messages using the Away Bot (based on hours of operation).
